Take the challenge - work for it
I do like to challenge myself and even if its seems to be impossible in the beginning I am not the one that gives up trying. The other way around, it gives me inspiration and motivation to train more for progression to be able to manage the x number of reps, lifting more weights, or to do a specific exercise. Last year for example I really wanted to achieve 50 push ups in a row, which I actually achived in the end. Another thing, that I working with now is the chins up. In the beginning I couldn't do even 1, and now I am reaching 5, only 5 more to 10! I love and I need challenges in my training, for me that it was is making it great!
The exercises below are something I think is fun to do, and you need strength and to find the balance when doing it. For me, this was tricky in the beginning, but its going better and better and you with a will to be able to manage it you wont give up trying ;)
First step. When manage this one you can step up the level. You need to find the balance and to be able to lift the feets from the floor, push them against your arms.
Second step.
Step by step, how to manage
Start by putting your hands on the step and lend forward and put your head on the step up. Then, try to find the balance without your head against the step. Start with the low position, and if you can manage try to go higher and with your legs straight. It's much strength for the arms so it's best to try this before your training, and you will only have a few chances before your strength is gone.
