Another great circulit. Again, perfect when you have limit of time, want an intense and hard workout. Lets go! Plug in your music and lets crush this hit! ;)

Warm up:
- jumping rope 100
- squats 10
- Eight (see pics) 10
3 rounds

Power HIT
50 Jumping jacks 
10 Burpee - to squat - to military press (with barbell) 
50 Run in place, high knees 
15 Push ups triple (right/middle/left) 
15 Crunches 
Plank 30 sek
50 Run in place, high knees 
10 Trieps dips 
3 rounds

Bonus:
20 squat - 5 burpees - 20 squat - 5 burpees - 20 squat - 10 burpees (burpees video)
DONE!
