Jump!
Its a new week and Monday again. After a great weekend (without training though) lets get the puls again. Its not a secret that I like the HIT traning where you working intense with most part of the body and its not taking forever, even if I have no problem spending time in the gym or running track. Is there any special training/exercise you want to get inpiration for? Tell me :)
Warm up:
- Jumping rope/ jumping jacks 50
- squats 20
- pushups 10
- crunches 15
Repeat 3 times
HIT
30 sek Jump squat high knees
30 sek Squat
30 sek Push ups with step/kettlebells
30 sek Crunches
30 sek Camel
30 sek Jumping lunges
30 sek Push ups narrow
30 sek Burpees
1 min Jumping rope
Repeat 4 times (tot 20min)
Bonus:
Plank with rotation 10rep
Plank 1min
Jump squat high knees

Narrow push up (If you cannot keep a straight posture, do it on your knees)


Push ups with step/kettlebell. Same her, do it on your knees if its to hard on your feets.


Camel (The "Camel" is a variant of the plank where you switch between standing on your elbow to standing on your hands. Important to have your body straight and to contract your abs and butt. Your arms should be straight under your shoulders)
