So, its Friday again! How we're gonna celebrate that? - With a fun workout of course!
Warm up:
Jogging 5-10 min
Push ups 10rep
Squat 10rep
x 2
Burpees 5rep
Round 1 (10min)
- Jumping rope 100rep
- Box jumps 10rep (jumping squat up on a box/step)
- Burpees 10rep video
Repeat. Do as many rounds you can in 10 min.
Round 2 (3 rounds)
- Spiderman push ups 10rep
- Burpees 5rep
- Side plank 30sek right /30sek left
Round 3 (4rounds)
- Walking lunges (around 30rep)
- Wall sit 1min
Bonus
Plank 1min x 2
Spiderman push ups - Keep the back straight. At the same time as you bend your arms one knee is going towards the elbow. (It's okay to make a grimace, haha)

Side plank - contract the core, butt and legs.

Walking lunges. Straight posture, never let the front knee cross the front foot.
