24 minutes strength/cardio workout
Don't have the time for training? Its a bad excuse. This program is made in 24 min, which I am sure you have time for. If not, make only one round and your down to 12 min. Enjoy this cardio/strength workout!
warm up: jumping rope 2 min

Side jumps - begin with a line on the floor (towel, jumping rope, sweatshirt) and place yourself at one side of the line. Have your knees bend a little and jump sideways so you land on the other side.
