Ready to rock this week!
I woke up today with a lot of energy, and had even more after my breakfast; coffe and oatmeal with chia.I was at the gym yesterday with a friend that give me a lot of new excersise to do so cant wait to go to the gym! Lets do this week awesome.

Oatmeal with chia
- Oatmeal
- Chia
- 1 egg
(mix oatmeal and chia with water on the stove, when finish put the egg and stir. I put the egg to stay full longer and to get some more protein) Today I had it with almond milk, strawberries, coconut flakes and raisins.

Training from last week - back/biceps/core
Warm up: Different movements with the arm with light weights (3 rounds)
Movements swimming forward/backward
Pushups
Shoulder press
