Plug in and go

For me, I love just plug in my headphones, enter my own bubble for a while when traning. And to have good music is a must. Before I more or less only had one favourite playlist at one time, which was really bad since you getting tired of the music to fast. Now, I'm doing smaller playlists and never adding new songs to an existed list - create a new one.

Yester day I was at the gym and did another pass for the leg/butt. The sore from last time, which almost is a week ago where just gone, so it was time to let the legs burn again. I changed/added some excersises to the program that I wanted to share since them all are a killer for the butt. Also have some excersises for the abdomen that takes 10 min, perfect but hard mini pass for the dear abdomen. 
 
Leg/butt exercises
Leg kickback - contract the core, abdomen and think of that your in the position the plank, straight back. Contract the butt during the whole excersise and keep it inthe highest for 2 sek before going slowly back down again.

Hip lift
Go fast up, contract you butt for a few seconds and then go slowly back again. Your feets should be close to your butt in the start position. 
Single leg squat
This excersise is really hard and it's important to have a straight back and that your knee doesnt pass your toes. Go as far as you can, even just a little like this picture will be enough. 
Abdomen
Toe touches
Lift your shoulders from the floor and try to reach your toes. Contract your abs dureing the whole process. If it's to easy, do it with a weight in your hands. 
Diagonal crunches straight legs
Turn the whole core, not only the shoulders. One shoulder is always toutching the floor when lifting/turning up to reach your leg. You can go fast up, with control, and the slowly back. 
When I was done, I needed some fun!
