Smoothie for breakfast
Today, I started with a smoothie for breakfast, and it couldn't have been better. Really easy and fast to make, and the results was delicious.
Mix
- natural yoghurt
- banana
- strawberries
- lime
Then add coconut flakes and chia seeds (put the chia in water for 5-10 min before mix it with the smoothie). Blend it and you're done :)
